We welcome you to the Caboexpert.com website (the "website"), which is owned and operated Caboexpert.com (Caboexpert.com). For the purposes of these terms & conditions, the term "you", “customer” "passenger" and "cardholder" refer to each person who purchases or receives travel services arranged through Caboexpert.com.

Please note there is a section below entitled “Customer’s Responsibility” which we strongly recommend you read thoroughly to ensure you are aware of certain terms and conditions about travel documents that will ensure your trip goes smoothly.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions: The use of this website is offered to you, the customer, conditional on your acceptance, without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. By using this website you agree solely to these Terms and Conditions, as written and listed on this page for this website (Caboexpert.com). By using this website you also consent to the terms laid out in the Caboexpert.com Privacy Policy. You also agree to the terms and conditions of the respective tour company/operator, airline, or hotel providing the travel product you are purchasing (e.g., vacation packages, flights, hotel reservations, etc.). The Rules and Regulations (or Terms & Conditions) for the tour operator, airline, etc. providing the customer’s selected product are made available during the booking process via a featured link to their Terms and Conditions.


Payment for online bookings is required in full at the time of purchase. Online purchases can be made using Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. In some cases American Express may not be available as a payment option. Airfare and vacation package purchases are 100% non-refundable. Third party credit cards and foreign credit cards will not be accepted. If you wish to book, Caboexpert.com accepts e-transfers, fund transfers and direct deposits (cash only).

The credit card holder and/or payer (if payment is in cash tender) on the booking is the person with whom Caboexpert.com has the contract/ agreement to provide travel services to and it this person with whom Caboexpert.com is liable to. All fraudulent purchases will be investigated and prosecuted. By providing Caboexpert.com with authorization to use your credit card to pay for travel services, you are confirming that you will pay the total amount charged according to your cardholder agreement. In addition, you agree not to chargeback your payment for the travel services you receive.

Please note, the billing address provided as part of the transaction must be the one associated with the credit card. If we are unable to validate the billing address, your booking will be cancelled with or without prior notice.

The amount displayed for an Authorized Transaction may be different from what you actually paid, as some merchants require a temporary hold to be placed on additional funds. This is a common practice for many other merchants such as: gas stations, restaurants, and hotels. The correct amount will display when the transaction is shown as a "Posted Transaction".

A delay may occur between the time a transaction is settled and removed from “Authorized Transactions”, and when it appears in “Posted Transactions”. Some transactions may appear as both an Authorized and a Posted Transaction until settled.

When applying a Visa debit or bank debit card for payment, in the event of a cancellation, your funds may be held up to 60 days by your financial institution. We strongly recommend an alternative form of payment, such as any major credit card, to avoid any such delay and inconvenience.

Please be advised that space may be limited and prices are subject to changes on pending reservations. Vacancy, accommodations and ticket prices will only be reserved/ confirmed once the file is paid for in full.

Caboexpert.com is a Mexican website that deals with many international vendors. All prices within this website are either in American dollars or Mexican pesos unless otherwise stated and are most commonly displayed as priced in “USD” or “MXN”. There are circumstances where you may be able to change the currency for purchasing “Hotel Only” packages or car rentals. Once your preferred currency selection is made, the chosen currency must show alongside the listed Hotel package and/or car rental (e.g., EUR, GBP) in order to purchase the product in that particular currency. Prices on some flight bookings on foreign carriers may be shown in American dollars but you will be charged in that airline’s local currency (Mexican Pesos, Euros, GB Pounds). In this case, the exchange rate used to convert the amount of your transaction into American dollars is based on the exchange rate for the day you made your booking, however the final amount charged to your credit card will depend on the exchange rate that your credit card company is using. Caboexpert.com does not have any control over the foreign transaction fees charged by credit card companies.

Points Redemption:

  • When redeeming for travel products with an Caboexpert.com Sales Agent, you must have and provide to Caboexpert.com a valid major credit card [i.e. MasterCard, VISA, American Express];
  • You must have sufficient POINTS at the time of booking and you must have sufficient POINTS when the actual transaction occurs;
  • If you do not have sufficient POINTS, the equivalent value will be charged to the credit card provided, along with a 5% administration fee (5% of the dollar amount redeemed).

Refunds: No refund will be made for unused travel services or any unused portion of the services. Any changes to your booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operatoror airline, as stated in their brochure or on their website.

Pricing Errors: Caboexpert.com sources its prices from several systems not controlled by Caboexpert.com. Occasionally, suppliers have an incorrect price for a flight, package, hotel room, etc. If the price is incorrect, the tour operator or supplier has the right to cancel that booking and Caboexpert.com has no control over these pricing errors.

Price changes: Prices displayed on Caboexpert.com website may change during the same session. This may be the result of an unavoidable delay between the third party service provider and the most current tour operator, airline, consolidator, or hotel price. If you disconnect from our site, and return later, prices could change at your next visit to the site.

Special requests: If you make a special request for a room allocation, adjoining rooms, bed type, airline seating, etc. please note that these requests are not 100% guaranteed, and Caboexpert.com cannot be held responsible for requests that are not granted.

Car Rentals: If a car rental is included in your booking, please be aware that car rental companies, and governments in every jurisdiction, determine the minimum age that applies to your booking. If the driver does not meet the minimum age requirement in a particular jurisdiction, the car rental will be denied. Also, please be aware that you will need a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card for any car rental. Some local fees and taxes may be applicable to be paid locally and are not covered by Caboexpert.com.

Flights: Flight reservations will be subject to a $15.00 ticketing fee per person, processed through Caboexpert.com. Therefore two (2) charges will appear on your credit card statement, the charge for your airline ticket processed through the Airline or Third Party Supplier and the ticketing fee(s) charge, processed through Caboexpert.com.

Travel insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of Manulife Global Travel Insurance to protect you from unforeseen circumstances before and during your trip. Please check your invoice. If charges for an insurance policy are not listed or an insurance policy number is not noted, you have elected to DECLINE travel insurance. Caboexpert.com, in its capacity as a travel agency, makes arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as flights, transfers, hotels, vacation packages and car rentals. The services arranged by Caboexpert.com are subject to the conditions imposed by these individual suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their own tariffs, conditions of carriage, and international conventions.

Caboexpert.com does not own, manage, operate or control any vehicle, hotel, resort, restaurant, or other supplier of services, and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. Caboexpert.com does not guarantee any suppliers’ rates, reservations, connections, scheduling, or protection of personal belongings.

Caboexpert.com assumes no responsibility for the actions of its suppliers, i.e. airlines, tour operators, hotels, car rental companies, etc. for overbooking, route changes, cancellation or delays. All information, prices and availability are subject to change.

Caboexpert.com will not be responsible for the acts or omissions of any person other than our agency and our employees acting on our behalf.

Caboexpert.com shall not be liable for any damages due to illness, theft, labour action, acts of God, mechanical failure, equipment failure, quarantine, rescheduling, government action, war, insurgency or act of terrorism, or other event beyond our control.

Customer’s responsibility:

Minimum age: You confirm you are of legal age and have the authority to book travel services on behalf of yourself and on behalf of all those included in your booking

Unaccompanied minors: If you have children travelling unaccompanied without an adult over the age of 18 years you are responsible to verify the unaccompanied minor rules and restrictions with the airline(s) prior to confirming your booking. The specific unaccompanied minor service requirements vary from one airline to another. If you fail to meet these requirements, children will be denied boarding and will forfeit the entire fare paid. Please note that flights booked may be code share with other airlines therefore the operating carrier’s rules and regulations will apply. The customer is responsible for any additional unaccompanied fees charged by the airline (s).

Fraudulent activity: You agree not to make any speculative or fraudulent reservation on this site.

If we find your booking shows signs of fraud or suspicious activity, itravel2000 may cancel any bookings associated with your name and/or email address. If you have conducted any fraudulent activity, Caboexpert.com will take legal action and you may be liable for any losses to Caboexpert.com, including legal costs and damages. To contest the cancellation of a booking please contact Caboexpert.com Customer Service team.

Correct spelling on documents: It is your responsibility to ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and corresponds to the names listed on the passport of each person on the booking. These exact spellings will appear on your ticket(s) and if they are incorrect, you may be refused travel by the airline, cruise line, or immigration authorities.

Correct documentation: Please contact the Consulate, Embassy, or government website of your travel destination and airline to ensure you have the correct travel documents required to travel to every country you will visit on your itinerary including the United States. Depending on the country of origin of your passport, you may be restricted from travel to some destinations, or you may require a visa that must be arranged well ahead of time. Please be aware that many countries now require that a passport be valid for 6 MONTHS after the date of return of your trip. Please check the government website of the country you are travelling to.

Although Caboexpert.com has given certain advice about the relevant laws, customs and travel documentation required for your travel destination and your return to origin country, it is your responsibility to be aware of and prepared for all legal, documentation, health, and other requirements of the destination you are travelling to. If you need assistance with this or are unclear about where to get the correct information, please call us at 1.844.800.1695.

Special needs travellers: At Caboexpert.com we value the needs of all our clients and want to ensure your vacation is accessible for you and those travelling with you. If anyone on your booking requires accommodation for accessibility needs, please call Caboexpert.com at the time of booking or immediately after booking at 1.844.800.1695, or via e-mail to customercare@Caboexpert.com, so that we may assist you with notifying the relevant suppliers and making the necessary arrangements.

Review tickets and invoice: Please thoroughly review your invoice, tickets, and itinerary to make sure all dates, times, products are exactly what you requested and that your names are all exactly as on your passports. By your payment to Caboexpert.com for travel services you acknowledge you have reviewed and accepted our terms and conditions. If you have booked a cruise, please be sure to fill out any required personal information by the cruise line in advance of your trip, according to the requirements of that cruise line.

Flights & Baggage restrictions: We recommend you check the website of your airline for check-in and cut-off times prior to departure for your flight and destination. You should also contact your airline to determine if there is any charge for checked baggage, excess baggage, as well as any weight and carry-on requirements specific to your airline, or your carry-on items could be refused. You should also check what items are permitted in your carry-on luggage.

Flight Reconfirmation: Flight times are subject to change, including but not limited to the adding and removing of stops and connections. Please be sure to reconfirm all flight times 12 - 24 hours prior to departure by contacting your airline or checking their website.

Hotel Check in/Check-out times: Every hotel has standard check in and check out times. We are not able to make special arrangements for our customers outside this policy. Generally the check-out time is 12:00 noon on the day of the return flight, regardless of the flight time. Note that some flights may leave as late as a few hours after midnight. The check-out time for these flights is still 12 noon the previous day. Late check-outs are subject to supplementary charges paid to the individual hotel locally.

Hotel Terms and Conditions:

  • All Prices quoted based on the Hotels system and may vary based on current daily exchange rates
  • Most Caboexpert.comhotel reservations are prepaid. Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation
  • If your hotel is to be paid locally, please note that the price shown does NOT include any applicable hotel taxes. Exact taxes and any other charges applicable to your hotel stay will be billed by the hotel. Most hotels are charged locally upon check out unless otherwise specified or charged to your credit card
  • Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out. Examples: Parking, Phone Calls, Room Service, etc.
  • Caboexpert.com hotel rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra persons (including children) may apply and will be due directly to the hotel
  • Any changes to, or cancellation of, a Caboexpert.com hotel reservation may result in 100% penalties and/or administration fees
  • No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given
  • Guests must be at least 18 to 21 years of age at time of check-in (depending on individual hotel policy) unless accompanied by a parent or guardian

Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact Caboexpert.com immediately. All cancellations are subject to charges according to the airline, supplier, and insurance company, which will be determined by the amount of time before departure that you cancel. Please note that in the event of a partial or full refund, taxes, fees and charges are NOT refunded by the supplier.

Changes to a booking: Any changes to a booking may be subject to an administration fee. Change of name, date, hotel, airline, etc. are considered cancellations and will result in cancellation penalties which vary by company. Failure to travel as booked for any reason will be subject to 100% cancellation penalty for all suppliers on the booking. Some airline tickets cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason.

Local customs and holidays in your destination: Please be aware that every country has its own local customs, holidays, holiday closures, etc. Please check the tourist board website for your destination to be aware of any customs or holidays that may affect your vacation.

Customer claims: You must notify Caboexpert.com, via e-mail at customerservice@Caboexpert.com or by mail to the address indicated below, of any claim you may have against Caboexpert.com, within 30 days from the event giving rise to the claim. Should you not file a written complaint with Caboexpert.com within 30 days of the end of your vacation or use of the travel services obtained through this website, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with the services delivered to you. You may not commence any legal proceeding against Caboexpert.com unless you have submitted a notice as set out above.

This website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.
